Complete transformer substations

The design of our complete transformer substations has following advantages:

  • They have sufficient mechanical strength for transportation by all kinds of transport (automobile, railway, marine, river and air transport), while short distance shipping by sledge runner and while operating under conditions of different climatic zones: cold-temperate zone, tropical and marine zones according to GOST 15150 and IEC standard;
  • They are manufactured and delivered to customer with built-in accessory equipment and with assembling and installation of power transformers and other electrical equipment;
  • Designed and delivered with different (depending on a customer’s request) types and modifications of power transformers;
  • Designed and delivered with dry-type power transformers with cast insulation of GDNN type, rated power from 50 to 2500 kVA;
  • Have better technical and economic performance in materials consumption, losses, particularly GDNN dry-type transformers with cast insulation;
  • Have various types depending on rated power and voltage class of HV and LV cabinets;
  • Variety of transformer’s dimensions for different fields of industry and agricultural facilities, for power supply of urban and farm micro-districts, withdrawal points of TPP, HPP, NPP, GRES and transformer substations where water supply is needed for process and local operating needs;
  • Have better environmental, sanitarian and fire safety with account of requirements;
  • Long operating life (up to 30 years)
  • Corrective maintenance was minimized, particularly GDNN dry-type transformers with cast insulation;

Designed and delivered as one-ended substations with dead-earthed or insulated neutral and as double-ended substations, rated power up to 630 kW.
